Mrs Sarah James has over 20 years of experience as a geologist across a range of commodities in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Mrs James early career in exploration and production roles with WMC then Gold Fields included planning and managing exploration activities leading to significant gold discovery and resource advancement at the Agnew Gold mine, Western Australia. Mrs James has gained extensive experience over 16 years with Encounter Resources with a focus on project generation and copper, gold and critical minerals exploration.
